The 17-year-old must serve at least 14 years for killing Joshua Ingram at Seaford railway station
A 17-year-old has received a life sentence, with a minimum of 14 years in detention, for murdering 16-year-old Joshua Ingram over a £20 drug debt. The teenager cannot be named for legal reasons. Two others received youth rehabilitation orders for assisting an offender.
