Russian aerial attacks forced the full or partial closure of three of Kyiv’s six road bridges over the Dnipro River, causing traffic jams, the mayor said, according to the Associated Press. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Russia launched more than 100 drones at Ukraine overnight, including nearly 50 jet-powered drones. He said a drone hit a high-rise apartment block in Kyiv, killing one person; at least four others were reported wounded elsewhere.
