Evri is facing delivery and collection delays at some shops and Post Office branches as it changes its collection network, according to reports.
The reported disruption has created a backlog at some ParcelShops. The problems are understood to be linked to Evri’s shift from larger, centralised depots to smaller local sites.
Evri said issues were affecting a small number of shops in some local areas. The company said its ParcelShop network was operating at more than 95% on time across its network of more than 13,000 out-of-home locations.
Reports suggest Evri is adding more than 100 collection routes and around 330 sweeper vans to help clear the backlog.
