Five RAF Fairford suspects released on police bail as investigation continues

Five British men arrested over a suspected terror plot near RAF Fairford have been released on police bail, the Press Association reports. Counter Terrorism Policing said the investigation remains ongoing and officers are considering multiple lines of inquiry, including whether proxies linked to a foreign state may have been involved. Police said the suspects remain under stringent conditions. The material found is understood not to have been viable explosives.
