Isfahan, IRNA — Naser Akbari, CEO of the Isfahan Province Water and Wastewater Company, announced that the rate of water loss in the province’s network has fallen to 17.49 percent, compared with a national average of about 32 percent. The reduction, he said, has been achieved through network rehabilitation as well as pressure management and smart monitoring of the system. Isfahan Province has developed a substantial capacity for remote network monitoring, with about 800 telemetry stations currently active, a significant asset for the country. Akbari stressed that ensuring a sustainable water supply and increasing public satisfaction remain key objectives, noting that this year’s performance in water supply has been relatively favorable and public satisfaction has risen due to coordinated efforts across related entities and enhancements to infrastructure, network management, and consumption control.
