Russia interested in learning from Iran’s wartime emergency-response experience

Russia’s emergency situations minister, General Alexander Kurenkov, said Moscow is interested in sending a delegation to Tehran to study Iran’s experience protecting infrastructure during wartime, according to Iran’s IRNA news agency. Kurenkov made the remarks during a meeting with an Iranian crisis-management delegation in Astrakhan, held alongside the Caspian-2026 international exercise.
