TEHRAN — Hamid Ghanbari, Iran’s deputy foreign minister for economic diplomacy, said some laws and regulations require review under sanctions, including parts of the country’s Seventh Development Plan.

Speaking at a meeting of the Foreign Economic Relations Coordination Committee, Ghanbari said changes to provisions related to economic diplomacy were being considered in cooperation with the Plan and Budget Organization. He also said the meeting examined global markets and the effects of war to support political and economic decision-making.
