Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has called for a fundamental shift from militarism and foreign intervention toward sustainable development, respect for national sovereignty and equal enforcement of international law. Speaking at the 2026 Global Dialogue Forum in Indonesia, Araghchi said war, sanctions and coercion had become normalized and argued that lasting security in the Middle East must be built through dialogue and cooperation among regional countries.
