Overseas visitors will not be charged entry to England’s national museums

Overseas visitors will continue to enter England’s national museums free of charge after the Government decided against introducing admission fees for international tourists. The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport said charges could deter domestic visitors and that their impacts and benefits would not be felt equally across the sector.
