Tehran Mayor Alireza Zakani, at the Martyrs' Self-Sacrificers Exercise, said the public's turnout should blind enemies and curb greed toward Iran, adding that the people’s presence offers hope to friends and discourages foes.
Tehran - IRNA - Tehran Mayor Alireza Zakani, speaking at the Martyrs' Self-Sacrificers Exercise, said: 'Let the enemies be blinded by seeing these scenes, and may their eyes of greed be removed from Iran, the Islamic Revolution, and this dear people.' He added: 'The presence of the people is unparalleled.' He continued: 'The message of this presence is for friends as hope and pride, and for enemies as despair.'
