UN calls for full international access to Gaza

The UN has urged Israel to allow international investigators access to all areas of Gaza to collect and preserve evidence as more human remains are recovered from the rubble. UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk warned that the discoveries could indicate possible war crimes and said efforts must be made to document and identify victims. Palestinian Civil Defence reported that more than 630 bodies and human remains have been recovered since November, while the UN cited an estimate of more than 8,000 people still missing under the rubble.
