TEHRAN — An episode of the “Paykar” program has examined what IRNA described as an attack on Tehran’s metro stations.
The report emphasizes that the lives of colleagues, passengers and other citizens are the priority during an attack. It says station managers carry major responsibilities both during normal operations and in moments of crisis, when they must make immediate decisions, with established procedures considered secondary to protecting people.
