Palestinian prisoner-rights officials said Dana Joudeh, 35, gave birth at Israel’s Damon Prison after being held under administrative detention for six months without charge or trial. They said she was expected to be released the following day after her detention order expired and called for international bodies to investigate her detention and safeguard her and her newborn.
