Lebanon’s Jaafari Mufti Sheikh Ahmad Qabalan accused Washington and Tel Aviv of seeking to fuel sectarian divisions and destabilize Lebanon, according to Iran’s IRNA news agency, citing Al Nashra. Qabalan called for national unity, an end to foreign interference and continued support for resistance forces, describing Israel as “absolute evil.”
