Israeli artillery reportedly strikes areas near Damascus and in southern Syria

IRNA, citing SANA, reported that Israeli artillery struck areas near al-Hamidiyah in Quneitra and Bat al-Warda Hill near Beit Jinn on Friday. No casualties were reported in the Quneitra strike. IRNA also reported the detention of a shepherd during an Israeli military entry into western Daraa.

IRNA also reported that Israeli forces entered Wadi al-Raqad, near the town of Jملة in western Daraa province, with about nine military vehicles and detained a young shepherd. The report said the man was taken to an undisclosed location.
