Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization chief Mohammad Eslami said the International Atomic Energy Agency cannot claim authority to inspect sites hit by military attacks until rules and a dedicated inspection protocol are drafted, approved and issued. Eslami said Iran is following a parliamentary law and has communicated its position to the agency. He added that inspections of sites not affected by attacks have continued under existing safeguards.
