The National Iranian Oil Company chief denied a reported oil-sale contract allegedly authorized by Iran’s oil minister and said the company follows established procedures and regulatory oversight.
TEHRAN — Hamid Bourd, chief executive of the National Iranian Oil Company, has denied reports of an oil-sale contract with an individual identified as “Aghayari” allegedly authorized by the oil minister. Bourd said the company conducts oil sales under established rules and procedures, with oversight requirements observed.
