TEHRAN — Iran’s ambassador to India, Mohammad Fathali, has described self-confidence, self-reliance and indigenous progress as the three main legacies of Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in a commentary published by the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA).

Fathali said these principles underpin Iran’s scientific, technological, industrial and defensive development and also inform its foreign policy, which he characterized as focused on independence, mutual respect and cooperation with other independent countries.
