Gulf Cooperation Council Secretary-General Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi condemned what he described as a drone attack by Yemen’s Ansarullah on Saudi Arabia’s Taif province. In a statement, he accused the group of repeatedly targeting civilian areas and called for the attacks to stop and those responsible to be held accountable. Saudi Arabia’s rescue agency reported that one person was killed and two others injured after a drone was intercepted and debris fell in Taif.
