Motorhead guitarist Phil Campbell died from multi-organ failure, inquest hears

Motorhead guitarist Phil Campbell died from multi-organ failure after complications following necessary surgeries, an inquest at St Pancras Coroner’s Court heard. Campbell, 64, died on March 13 after undergoing two liver transplants and bowel surgery at London’s Royal Free Hospital. Coroner Dr Richard Brittain said there was nothing to suggest his death could have been prevented.
