IRGC Spokesman: Negotiation Is Another Battlefield; Enemy Lacks New War Capability

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) spokesman, Sardar Hossein Mohbi, told IRNA during Defense Week that negotiating is “another scene of battle,” and stressed the Islamic Republic is ready for a prolonged war while not ruling out diplomacy when national interests require it. He argued that the war is not over and that the enemy does not possess the capacity for a new, comprehensive war, framing negotiation as a different front of conflict that can coexist with military readiness under the Islamic Republic’s authority.
